Job Description:
• Ensuring effective implementation of all approved projects.
• Ensuring implementation of online MIS across all Outreach - SOW projects
Directly Beneficiary Reach - Health(1.28 L Outreach)
• Timely submission of project reports
• Ensure timely re-registration and renewal of fitness certificates of SOWs :Fitness/ Registration/ Re Registration
• Ensure timely submission of Road Tax
• Awareness Programs
• Timely submission of bills from ground by 30th of every month (with bill cycle 26th to 25th)
• Utilization of finances as per agreed deliverables (Budget Allocation and Analysis)
• Recruitment of ground teams (excluding PC)
• Retention of team members
• Induction and orientation of team members
• Meeting with the donor at least once in a year
• Liasioning & networking with the government machinery
• Ensuring participation of government representatives/like minded organization in health activities
• Donor Renewals: 90% of the projects will be renewed.
• Analyze monthly GPS data to track ground level movement of SOWs and generate monthly reports for the feedback
• Monitoring Visits
• Review meetings done with HQ and Project Coordinators (Quarterly) through telephone/Zoom
• Enlightenment communication department with the ongoing activities on ground by sharing photos and information on a regular basis.
• PCs to garner local media support and share details with communication team
• MIS Database : Sharing of details on monthly basis.
• Live streaming of dashboard
• Training of Frontline Workers
• Meeting with Finance
• Monthly meeting with HR Department : Live track on Track v/s Achieved
• Schedules by effectively allocating own time to complete work; coordinates own and other’s schedule to avoid conflicts
• Uses time effectively and prevents irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion
• Reports to office and schedules meetings on time
