Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting, creating, and implementing organization strategies to enhance the position and integrity of the organization. Support organization towards improving policies & processes & ensure adherence
Maintain positive client relationships, Government relationships and drive new acquisitions.
Create various program models, draft proposals with budget, MoU and present the same to both internal stakeholders (management) and external stakeholders (Govt. & donor organization).
Communicate with various stakeholders and team on regular basis and able to present the program outcomes at various internal/external meetings or platforms.
Build strong monitoring and evaluation frameworks for the program and develop key performance indicators for the programs.
Create templates/tools that the program team can use on regular basis to track the program data. Mentor the team on effective implementation of the tools provided.
Responsible for managing overall program budgets and implement strategic change.
Review and oversee all program activities in various locations, measure their performance on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and document the same.
Conduct performance appraisals for the team that is data driven.
Coordinate between various internal stakeholders and external stakeholders and resolve conflicts, if any.
Identify improvement gaps, best practices and implement the measures in the program effectively.
Oversee hiring activities and draft/approve contracts, agreements and financials towards the execution of the project on various locations.
Build partnership with various 3rd party organizations towards outsourcing of certain project activities/purchases.
Be a mentor for project teams in terms of work ethics and work culture. Provide guidance and support to the team members and empower them with technological skills, implementation skills, time management skills leading to a successful implementation of CSR Projects at various locations.
Review daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Provide insights that enhances the information represented to the various stakeholders like Government bodies and donors.
Able to understand the benefits of technology and integrate the same in various projects.
Travel to various locations on a regular basis to oversee the implementation of the projects, develop professional relationship with the external stakeholders and support them in showcasing the outcomes of the programs to the world/public.
Closely collaborate with the internal/external content team, review content, provide inputs that matches the donor & Govt. needs.
Closely collaborate with the internal/external training experts towards training the program team on soft skills, academic skills and other essential skills that are critical for implementing the content effectively, thus leading to learning outcomes in the beneficiaries (students/teachers/community members/any)
Collaborate with the internal finance team and program team on a fortnightly/monthly/quarterly basis towards the effective fund utilization of the programs. Forecast effectively to enable the program team to utilize the find effectively on ground.
Collaborate with the internal procurement team and project team towards identifying local vendors/suppliers and onboard them as empanelled vendors of the organization.
Drive innovations in the projects implemented and Showcase outcomes and success stories of the programs while enhancing the brand visibility of foundation, donor organizations and Govt. through events, social media and print media
