Position: Community Facilitator (CF)

Location: Hoshangabad and chindwara distract) MP, Madhya Pradesh

Skills required 
 Community mobilization Roles and responsibilities 
 Conducting trainings, meetings and events
 Identification of trainers to conduct trainings
 Data collection – baseline and tracking required indicators on data regular basis

 Assisting Development Officer (DO) in establishment of value chain system 
 Assisting DO in preparing business development plans
 Formation & registration of groups as pre requirement
 Coordinate collective marketing
 Coordination between the market connect (traders) and farmers.
 Any work entrusted by DO Requirement
 Qualification  12th or graduation
 Experience in Agriculture & Animal husbandry or development sector six to one year.
 Having own two wheeler 
Location hoshangabad and chindwara district 
Take home salary per month will be INR 10 to 14 thousands and commensurate on past salary history. 

Apart from salary, PF and other benefits will be applicable as per Foundation norms.
Travel will be reimbursed 5.25 rupees per KM.
