About Institutional Giving Practice

Institutional Giving Practice enables CSR, Foundation and HNI funds to be utilized in a more efficient and effective way, while bringing a consistent, compliant and convenient experience to the donors. The Practice also helps clients manage their End-to-End CSR requirements as required.

Responsibilities:

• Support manager to meet CSR requirements for a large client (HQ Mumbai)
• The client manages 9-12 CSR projects per year, potential to completely own and manage smaller projects
•  Contribute to design, approval and implementation process of all CSR projects

Work with manager to manage stakeholders in multiple functions at client along the CSR value chain including but not limited to:

1. Comprehensive evaluation of potential projects for CSR funding

2. Pre-award due diligence and compliance checks to meet latest CSR regulations

3. Working with internal CSR process to get project approval

4. Project management with selected CSR partner (NGOs and stakeholders) and provide dashboard summaries for management on a regular basis

5. Conducting Monitoring and Evaluation visits and providing reports

6. Accountable for ensuring CSR projects are proceeding as per plan; Proactively identify risks and opportunities across projects with a

7. keen eye to develop mitigation strategies

8. Meeting requirements for disbursement – providing appropriate documents for finance and other commercial departments

9. Participate in the CSR audit process – ensure appropriate responses to any audit queries are provided in a timely and professional manner

10. Drive employee engagement for CSR projects

11. Highlight the work being done in CSR space internally among client employees and also externally, thus making the client “partner of choice” with NGOs and stakeholders

Experience:

•  1-3 years of experience in CSR including
•  Experience in Project management and stakeholder management
