Roles and Responsibilities

• Work as an interface between Government stakeholders, project schools, communities and client for smooth implementation of the program.
• Develop processes for effective implementation of the program
• Monitor and evaluate program regularly and take corrective actions in consultation with Program Lead & Senior Management
• Lead and manage team to remain optimistic even when faced with challenges and encourage good performance and values
• Ensure that all implemented activities are relevant to the mission and vision of LLF & Client
• Engage with government and communities to build and maintain essential relationships
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Share periodic program updates with LLF Senior Management, Govt. and Client
• We need a profile who has experience in ATL training, STEM training, STEAM trainings or Robotics training.
• Willingness to travel on all the project locations and to Head office as and when required.

Job Skills Required

• Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
• Demonstrates proficiency with technology including MS-Office applications
• Able to work effectively and efficiently without constant supervision and under stressful timelines
