Position & Job Description
SEARCH is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance and Accounts Team of the organization.
Work Responsibilities: Statutory compliances, Preparing financial statements, Quarterly internal audit, Managing investments, Annual organizational budgeting & cash flow, Financial analysis, Preparing utilization certificates, Overseeing accounting & financial processes, Communication with various stakeholders, Team management, Payment authorization, etc.

Qualification: CA / CWA / MBA Finance

Skills: Should be able to use Tally ERP-9, MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint. Work experience relevant to the above requirements will be preferable.

Work Location: Shodhgram – the headquarter & residential campus of SEARCH, situated 17 km from Gadchiroli town.

Remuneration: INR 70,000 p.m. (Variable upon experience. Increments will be due annually.)

Reporting: To Director, SEARCH
