Position: Fellow

Organization: Cividep 

Location: Bangalore

Cividep is hiring a female fellow for two years who will be placed in one of the partner organizations in Bangalore. The broad responsibilities include

Supporting partner organizations in documenting their work.

Act as a communication link between partner organization and external stakeholders.

Identify relevant funding sources for the organization and build proposals with the support of Cividep & partner organizations.

Undertake regular field visits to understand garment worker issues. Support in the training of garment workers and larger communities on aspects related to worker rights and entitlements.

Desired Qualification:

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

1-2 years of experience in the development sector. Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Passionate about worker rights and women's empowerment.

Willing to commit at least two years.

Solution mindset with the ability to handle team conflicts.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Ability to process complex information and break it down for easy consumption.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation would be in the range of Rs.18,000 to 25,000 per month.
