Essential Qualifications · 

Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline preference will be given to candidate from social sciences/Rural development and Management Background.

Essential Experience · 

4-6 years of experience in operations, preferably in rural development and public health and education programes ·
Experience of working in non-governmental organization would be preferred .

Essential Skills 

Desirable: ·

Understanding and Knowledge of Govt. systems and processes esp. Public Education, Healthcare, Water and Sustainability Systems · 
Knowledge of Panchayati Raj system. · 
Understanding of District Administration systems/processes and Government Schemes
Understanding of fund flow and expenditure at District/Block/Panchayat level. · 
Driving 2 wheeler 
Must Have: · 
Team Management and leadership · 
Stakeholder Management · 
Excellent communication and presentation skills. · 
Experience in report writing, data management and presentation. · 
Willingness to travel extensively including hard to reach rural areas
Additional preference 
Knowledge of MS excel, word & various on line tool like google format etc. · 
Experience in using various social media platforms
