Position: Sr. Manager – Institutions and Corporates

Fundraising:
 
Managing a comprehensive database of institutional and corporate donors, trusts & foundations, partners.
Execute and implement an institutional fundraising plan that is sustainable and scalable.
Acquire institutional and corporate partners to fund CIF through their CSR funds
Plan and coordinate funding approaches, working closely with the programs team, plus senior management and external consultants as required to develop high-quality grant applications.
Work closely with the programs team and other related functions to ensure understanding of any implications, risks, and opportunities of institutional funding.
Remain abreast of institutional donor trends and share knowledge as appropriate across the organization.
Engage with the decision-makers and engagement teams at the institutions/corporates for proposals, tax certificates, feedback/impact reports, etc.
Work with the communications team to develop feedback/impact, Annual Reports and other communication collaterals for institutional and corporate fundraising
Increase outreach of Childline services and brand amongst key stakeholders
Network with other fundraising verticals for coordinated fundraising across all channels.
 
Grant Management:
Work with Programs/Service team to develop grant proposals and ensure monitoring and evaluation systems and procedures for grant implementation.
Manage institutional donor grant management, contract negotiations, and compliance.
 
Reports:
Ensure reporting requirements for all institutional donors are met and reports are delivered on time
 
Qualification & Experience:
 
Graduates/ Postgraduates in Marketing, Sales / Fundraising, Social Sciences, Business Administration
7 to 9 years experience in institutional and corporate fundraising with a proven track record
