Position: Senior Project Lead/Associate Director – Private Schools

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Effectively manage the operations of the Private Schools team which includes

● Lead institutionalization of high-potential reforms in the education system to improve learning outcomes in the private sector in India

● Sell the vision of Key Stage Assessments as a reform to state governments and partner with states in implementation by coordinating with various teams within CSF and external partners

● Stakeholder strategy and management –

● Identifying important stakeholders including policymakers, research organizations, NGOs, social entrepreneurs, media, foundations, and researchers

● Manage building a constructive narrative in communications around private schools

● Provide and manage project management support to government officials for implementing key strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

● Masters degree or equivalent in relevant fields: including management, economics, social sciences and public policy preferred

● 8+(SPL)/12+(AD) years of work experience with managerial responsibilities, demonstrating superb project delivery and team leadership

● Ability to build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and represent CSF to external audiences

● Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with little supervision

● Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills

● Strong planning and organizational skills, and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan timelines and meet deadlines
