The following staff is required for ICMR sponsored Extramural Project - Population-based cancer registry for the urban population of Haridwar and Rishikesh to be established at AIIMS Rishikesh.

Age Not exceeding 35 years at the time of interview

Essential qualification

MBBS with one-year research /teaching experience or MD in Pathology/Microbiology/ PSM/public health from an MCI recognized college

Desirable qualification: Experience in working on a health project

Remuneration Rs 63625/per months as per ICMR norms

Job Profile

1. Overall supervision of the project
2. To arrange required logistics/support for the project
3. To write reports of the project
4. To work as a liaising officer with other centers submitting cancer data
5. Any other work assigned by the Principal investigator as deemed necessary for the smooth functioning of the project

Duration One year

1. The selection of the candidate will be through the project selection committee and its decision will be final.
2. Age concession to the extent of service rendered in the research projects will be admissible for experienced and skilled persons.
3. Only suitable candidates will be called for an interview.
4. This post is purely on a contract basis and will not be extended beyond the time period specified above.
5. It is not employment with AIIMS Rishikesh.
6. The employment contract may be extended on a yearly basis till the project is completed subject to performance evaluation by the project investigator.
7. The employment contract can be terminated with immediate effect if performance is not found satisfactory by the project investigator.
