Responsibilities will encompass:

- Leading entire portfolio of livelihood and skill development program

- Develop linkages at regional, national, and international levels for strengthening program implementation and designing and delivering high impact community interventions

- Ideate & monitor standards for quality, youth engagement, and new models

- Provide leadership and coaching to a large team

- Work at ground level to check the quality and ensure high level of ethics and integrity in the program implementation

- Strong networking with internal and external stakeholders

- Manage budgets for the program and report on a regular basis

To fit the bill, you must have :

- 12+ years of expertise in different in community intervention especially for children

- Postgraduate degree in social work, Behavioural Science, Psychology, Organisation Development, or business administration

Experience in :

- Travel to remote locations regularly

- Lead a large pan India team

-Expertise in networking across regions and develop relationships with internal & external stakeholders
