Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment of new staff
2. Onboarding of new staff (Agreement, Orientation, POSH training)
3. Goal setting, performance management/ appraisals, and improved systems
4. Skill Gap Analysis for all teams
5. Organization development
6. Employment and compliance to statutory regulators i.e, employee compensation, provident fund, professional tax, gratuity and bonus, ESIC,
7. Employee development, and training
8. Talent Management (developing and retaining employees, enabling coaching for high-potential employees, organizing staff training programs, ensuring second line of leadership and succession plans, enabling mentoring, creating systems for affirmation and acknowledgement of employees for good performance, creating systems for career enhancement and promotions, etc.)
9. Policy development in alignment with Enfold’s vision and mission (including policies and procedures for safer recruitment, staff retention, dismissal, etc.)
10. Effective documentation of employee records
11. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
12. Conflict management and resolution
13. Compensation and benefits administration
14. Handling end-to-end internship and volunteering process
15. Maintaining HR database
16. Tracking leave taken by employees and consultants
17. Tracking and coordinating employee insurance
18. Organizing employee engagement activities: periodic get-togethers, leading convergence and other meetings, birthday celebrations
19. Any other HR related work through mutual consultation
EDUCATION:
MBA Human Resources OR Masters in Personnel Management and Human Resources
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Essential : 2-4 years of professional experience
Preferable : 2-4 years professional experience with an NGO.

Essential :
1. Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal and technical skills
2. Ability to work effectively with people across all work levels in the organization and from diverse backgrounds
3. Strong Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
4. Ability to prioritize
5. Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English and Kannada.
6. Familiarity with Google Workspace (doc, sheet, powerpoint, forms,etc)
