• Minimum PG or equivalent qualification (preferable PhD) with field experience, At least 10 years of work experience in IEs/HH surveys, experience in working of Watershed projects, a track record of policy-relevant research and publications in Indian and international journals; excellent team leadership and communication skills as demonstrated by having led at least three projects of similar complexity to the one described; and overseen successful implementation of at least two surveys of similar complexity and magnitude to the one proposed.
