Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the annual communications plan in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on target audience.
- Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required.
- Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, and company website.
- Track and measure the level of engagement within the network over time
- Manage all media contacts and media agencies working for company
Qualification & Experience:
Essential:
- The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Telugu.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in mass media or communications.
- Experience and knowledge in public health or development sector.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of desktop publishing software (InDesign/Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Understanding of communications, public relations and marketing best practices
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and/or HTML preferred
- This is an individual contributor role and candidates are expected to work in a high paced environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Telugu and English.
