Customer Success Manager

As a CSM, you will take direct responsibility for managing the Forum’s relationship with multiple high profile accounts. 

Your role will be

  1. To take ownership and continue to strengthen our existing relationships with partners actively farm for referrals and pursue them to expand our customer base.
  2. Understand the hospital/healthcare market in our key geographies (South and Western India to begin with)and position our services appropriately
  3. Be a thought leader in delivering patient experience at hospitals by actively publishing articles that push the boundaries of the existing body of knowledge.
  4. Understand the intricacies of our product, Performitor, that helps in monitoring and enhancing the patient experience and identify areas of new developments. 
  5. Continuously strive to obtain new insights from patient feedback data that will help our partner hospitals. 
  6. Represent Forum at industry events

In this role, you will be influencing the organizational culture and the way healthcare services are delivered at hospitals. You will be interacting with management at all levels to build a patient-centric culture. You will walk the corridors of our partner hospitals, have a keen sense of observation, and identify risks and opportunities in delivering value to our customers. 

The role offers exposure to all aspects of hospital management that interact with patients and is an excellent opportunity for those with passion and energy to make a difference in the way healthcare is delivered at hospitals. 

An ideal person will be entrepreneurial, would have demonstrated leadership qualities in taking up new initiatives and seeing them through completion, be able to rally teams around an idea, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Salary: Rs. 8 - 10 lakhs per year
