Responsibilities:
- Streamline, anchor & implement various HR systems and processes, guided and supported by senior leadership for institution development
- Drive talent acquisition for FDRVC and its supported PEs, including but not limited to- sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding professionals as per approved positions
- Coordinate with senior leadership to identify staffing needs within FDRVC and for its supported PEs
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with Leads and other employees
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions & interview questions that reflect requirements for each position
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person/online interviews
- Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references, and maintain documentation/records of all materials used for recruitment
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Work closely with management & employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Support employees with HR-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, vacation, misconduct, and any problem resolution
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individual employees
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance appraisal programs
- Ensure legal compliance of HR regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:
- Masters Degree/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or any other related field. Preferable Masters in Human Resource Management
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in mid-size organizations on various HR functions
- Need to have good grip on talent acquisition & retention, and 360-degree feedback processes
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
