Position: Fundraising Coordinator

Organization: Project Shiksha

Location: Bangalore

Roles and responsibilities:

– Planning, implementing and analysing primary and secondary research for gathering more insights about relevant programs and social sectors

– Supporting Lead in designing various crowdfunding and other programs as per the needs of the target group

– Building the HNIs and individual donor network, understanding their requirements and designing suitable projects within the scope of Project Shiksha’s work

– Exploring partnerships with expert organizations for continual growth and improvement of projects

– Reaching out and fulfilling the accreditation requirements of credible accreditation agencies

– Ensuring proper documentation of activities

Qualifications and Skills/competencies:

– 3+ years’ experience in crowd fundraising, preferably in education or employability sectors

– Knowledge of MS office (word, excel and ppt)

– Well versed with research tools and methodologies

– Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

– Strong determination and persistence

– Data analysis and problem-solving skills

– At least graduate degree
