Position: Operations Manager
Organization: Key Education Foundation
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities and Duties
● Create the partnership strategy and build a pipeline of potential partners to implement our programs
● Visit and engage with schools, NGOs & communities to pitch our programs to the stakeholders and convince them to partner with us.
● Assist in the creation and execution of outreach plans for our programs.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, decision-makers and parents.
● Manage the inventory of our resources and engage with vendors for their procurement.
● Ensure timely delivery of our products and resources to our partner schools.
● Track and manage the payments from partner schools.
● Oversee the backend operations for effective implementation of our programs.
● Monitor the progress of the program implementation and support as necessary.

Essential Knowledge and Skills
● Excellent spoken communication in English and Kannada
● Knowledge of spoken Hindi is preferred

This role requires you to travel in the city. Hence a person with their own vehicle is preferred.
Qualification and Experience
● Graduate degree
● Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing partnerships and operations preferably in the education sector
