Position: Associate/Senior Associate

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Take ownership of preparation of Transaction Collaterals – Teaser/ Pitch Document, Information Memorandum, Financial Model etc
- Maintain deal trackers
- Track recent developments in the sector, regulations
- Maintain data received from client and organize data room during due diligence process
- Manage investor and client expectations with respect to deals
- Support the reporting manager in creating BD pipeline by suggesting new client relationships that can be pursued
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in Investment Banking;
- Should have handled Transaction Collaterals – Teaser/ Pitch Document, Information Memorandum, Financial Model etc – on its own
- Arriving at comparable transaction multiples – Precedent Transaction Multiples, Public Market Multiples; (Please add knowledge of valuation techniques – DCF to this)
- Having been part of closed private equity transactions is a plus;
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (FDI, SEBI, RBI etc), term sheets and shareholder agreements is a plus
- An MBA from a top business school or equivalent;
- Preferably a focus on one or more of the sectors that Intellecap focuses on, viz. Financial Services, Healthcare, Agriculture & Rural business, Cleantech, Education

- Sound Fundamentals – Accounts, Financial Modelling, Reading and interpreting Balance Sheets, arriving at comparable transaction multiples – Precedent Transaction Multiples, Public Market Multiples;
- Power-point presentation skills
- Ability to handle information load methodically
- Emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical and logical thought-flow.
