The Opportunity
The Consultant will play a key role in this project. You will work closely with the Engagement Manager and a small team of 3-4 members to engage with practitioners, donors, and other stakeholders, bring in innovative thinking and insights, inspire and guide the team to ensure the achievement of the intended outcomes.

Presentations:
Formulate key areas of inquiry and conceptual frameworks for any qualitative/quantitative research (intermediate proficiency)
Build strategic narratives for communicating data and research insights
Incorporate relevant framework thinking to communicate key messages
Maintain high quality of strategic communication (pyramid principle, objective communication, brevity, simplicity)
Data Analysis:
Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Frame data analysis structure and processes for other team members
Demonstrate the significance of data in the context of local, national, and global trends that impact client organization and development ecosystem
Research:
Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data (Surveys, Questionnaires, Opinion Polls)
Structure and own frameworks for basic qualitative and quantitative research (market research, solution landscape mapping, policy research, etc.,)
Collate information and interpret data for clients; make recommendations based on the data collected
Project Management:
Owns end to end planning, organizing, measuring, and reporting of key activities and outcomes for a project tracking
Manages project management tools for day to day operations
Actively monitors and mitigates for risks within project operations
Key qualifications and experiences

4-6 years of experience in consulting, project management & complex operations, stakeholder management in corporate, social enterprises, consulting firms, or global foundations
MBA or an equivalent postgraduate degree in business management or rural management/development
Exceptional problem-solving and advisory skills, strong presentation and data analytical abilities
Prior experience in a client or customer-facing role and diverse stakeholder management
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
Prior experience in leading small teams is an added advantage
Display humility, willingness to listen, and excitement to learn
Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment will be an added advantage
