In this role, you will:
Partner with Sattva’s Business Units on all aspects of their people strategy, right from hiring to capability building to talent engagement and retention.
Work closely with Sattva’s leadership team to nurture our unique people-centric culture and ensure employee well-being, putting in place people-related processes and systems where required
Manage a team of 4-5 people who will be HR Business Partners for individual Business Units
Collaborate with the other teams within the People team (Talent Acquisition, Communications, L&D and People Operations) where required, to enable capacity building and people well-being
Govern the execution of the people processes that are part of Sattva’s people calendar, including performance management, promotions and compensation revisions
Ensure accurate people data in the org and track relevant people metrics
Key qualifications and experiences
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources with 8-10 years of work experience, with at least four years of business partnering experience
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders
High learning orientation, and ambition to grow with a growing organization
Experience of organizational design and talent strategy will be a plus, as will data orientation and a logical bent of mind
