Key responsibilities:-
Brand Business planning and execution:-
- Robust and current business analysis, based on internal and external data sources, with objective to
assess exceptions and recommend corrective actions / learnings to be built into future plans.
- Assist Brand Business Manager in defining annual and medium term brand business plan in
accordance with market dynamics and global brand guidelines
- Work with sales team to ensure proper implementation of all trade marketing plans
- Work with Global Brand team for resolution of operational needs in implementing the brand plans
Brand communication:-
- Work with Brand Business Manager in designing of the annual brand communication plan and the
media brief for the media AOR.
- Work with the media agency on implementation of the approved media plans.
- Work with Brand business Manager and Trade Marketing Manager in designing and implementing
annual calendar for retail level brand communication
- Own all BTL activation implementations working closely with internal stake holders (Purchase, Trade
Marketing) and external agencies
Budget management:-
- Maintain the brand budget (aligned with Finance team) and ensure adherence to activity wise budget
and overall brand budget as laid out in the year beginning and periodic amendments as they come in
force.
- Work with purchase team to ensure effective and efficient vendor selection for various brand related
purchases
Desired Educational Background:-
- MBA from institution of repute
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – especially Power Point and Excel.
Desired Professional Experience:-
- About 3 years of work experience. Preferably a couple of years in Brand management.
- Experience in Sales role is an advantage
- Ideally from Consumer Goods companies (FMCG, Durables, Fashion etc)
