Job Description:
1. Design, implement and promote projects for various Sustainability Initiatives
a. aligned with positive Sustainable environmental and social goals
b. develop sustainability policies, processes, strategies in collaboration with business units to implement the strategies at the corporate level.
2. Review of performance/ progress at regular intervals:
a. Data collection: Collect and review performance data, including Carbon foot-print and emissions
b. Standardization and digitization of non-financial KPIs in consultation with the pillar owners
c. Impact Assessment/ improvement plan: based on review of performance
d. Communicate and Report: Gaps/ suggestions for improvements to business units
3. Sustainability Assessment, analysis and assurance support
a. Internal assessments
b. Enabling independent assessments
4. Disclosures:
a. Reporting to stakeholders/ ESG analyst, aligned with leading standards to ensure recognition for company’s ESG initiatives.

Skills:
1. Independently conducting Sustainability Audits, lifecycle assessment, Materiality Assessment, Stakeholder Engagement,
2. Experience of Climate risk mitigation aligned with TCFD methodology
3. Hands on experience of using automation platforms for tracking and audit:
a. automated workflows, tools for sustainability initiatives monitoring
b. MS office software’s + Advanced excel techniques.

Educational qualification & Experience:
1. Graduate with 4 years of experience in Sustainability Audits.
2. Certifications:  GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) framework; GHG (Green House Gas) Protocol
