Compensation: competitive in the development sector

1. Develop the Fellowship Model:

a. Finalize a selection criteria that helps us pick the most promising among the youth who will then create maximum impact

b. Develop modules and curriculum for the Fellowship program that strengthen capacities of the Fellows through enriched learning, exposure and doing

c. Help the Fellows select projects that will enable their learning and honing of their own leadership capacities while also positively impacting their communities

d. Facilitate collaborations between Fellows to encourage cross learning and synergy

e. Learn from the best practices across the country and the world to bring the latest learning to the Fellows and their communities

2. Build collaborations across partners in the Govt., civil society and communities

3. Develop communication tools to help us understand and share our learnings better

4. Develop metrics and research tools to ensure we are continuously learning

2. You like working in a fast-paced environment and on a problem statement that’s continuously evolving

3. You take ownership of your targets, and proactively seek opportunities for improvement/growth of the programme

4. You are able to learn fast & pivot faster

5. Willing to relocate to Relling / Darjeeling / Kalimpong

6. You have a strong intent to work in the social impact space with youth

Preferred Credentials:

1. Postgraduate (MBA/MPP/MPA/Law/MSw/Education any other relevant discipline) for senior positions

2. Preferred experience in the development sector designing products and/or programs/ research/communications (cross-overs from the Corporate sector with relevant experience, skills and a desire to work in the mountains are also welcome to apply)
