Position: Research Manager 

Organization: Healing Fields Foundation (HFF)

Location: Telangana

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and lead the research and documentation initiatives of the organisation.
• Ensure technically sound and high-quality baseline, midline and end line, evaluations of current programs (including evaluation designs, instruments, analysis plan and report) are carried out
• Develop and lead the organizational research strategy
• Identify potential opportunities for research and follow through
• Anchor all research projects and work in partnership with other research institutes and independent researchers
• Train and develop the team on basic field research techniques
• Development of research tools, methodolody & modules for training of field investigators/enumerators and train them
• Conduct literature review and secondary research
• Ensure quality, integrity and efficiency of data collection, validation and analysis and information in reports
• Carry out data Analysis & report writing
• Dissemination of research findings internally and externally
Educational Qualification & Experience :
• Post graduate in Social Sciences/ Pure Sciences /Statistics with good understanding of Epidemiology /MPH
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of work experience of which 3 years should be in Research / Epidemiology, Experience in research in health sector would be an added advantage
• Experience of both qualitative and quantitative methods of research
• Should have published atleast 2 original papers in renowned journals
• Proficiency of latest research tools and technology
• Excellent analytical and writing skills & demonstrated use of them
• Training & facilitation skills.
• Experience of coordinating research teams
• Language – Fluency in English & Hindi essential Knowledge of Telugu desirable
• Willing to travel
