Qualifications & skills:

Essential

– Master’s degree in Social Sciences or allied fields such as Psychology, Social Work or Public Health

– Proficiency in English & Hindi

– Effective communication and writing skills

– 3 to 4 years of relevant field experience in managing & implementing a community-based intervention

– Prior experience in developing & implementing training sessions for diverse stakeholders

– Experienced in using technology to deliver planned intervention, monitoring & supervision

– Ability to work with diverse stakeholders such as community leaders, donors and  non-govt. & govt. partners

Desirable

– Advanced research degrees such as Ph.D. or M.Phil.

– Proficiency in Gujarati

– Knowledge and experience in qualitative research methodologies

Responsibilities:

– Ensure timely and effective implementation including training, mentoring & support to the field-based team

– Liaise and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders

– Implement quality assurance and fidelity protocols

– Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities

– Maintain documentation and assist with communication & dissemination

– Flexible with travel to field-sites
