Alignment of CSR initiatives of respective business vertical with the business vertical’s goal and overall execution of the planned CSR initiatives to achieve both social and business goals of the business vertical. Statutory compliance for Section 135 provisions of companies Act 2013, planning and execution of CSR activities as per broader development areas mentioned under SCHEDULE VII of the Section 135 of Companies Act 2013 and coordination with concerned government agencies for effective execution of CSR activities Preparation of location wise CSR business plan as per the requirement of the business

- Budgetary control and review of cash flow as per the CSR business plan and variance analysis of the approved budget and actual expenditure on a regular basis

– Minimum 4 times in a year

- Review of executed planned CSR activities with the respective Project Officer & CSR team members on weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly

- Assessment of social and environmental risks related to the respective business vertical of Adani group and planning and execution of initiatives to address those risks through CSR initiatives.

- Undertake impact analysis, collate data and prepare detailed report for record purpose and for Head Office

- Continuous and objective assessment of evolving relationship of Business unit with local communities and CBO / NGOs operating around business facility

- Stake holder engagement for planning and in the execution of strategic CSR initiatives for smooth business operations

- Ensuring dissemination of monthly social performance report to the concerned stake holders (both internal and external) i.e. Business vertical Heads / CEOs of Adani group, State level government officials, district level, block level and panchayat level.

- Coordination with business heads / CEOs in designing strategy with their inputs for planning and execution of CSR activities / Projects along with stake holder engagement.
