Position: Communications Manager

Location: Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities
● Develop and implement effective communication strategies that
improve new-in bound customer leads, existing customer
engagement, brand awareness and higher recall value among
leadership teams of CSRs & NGOs
● Create informative and interesting social media campaigns
( organic & paid)
● Curate and write content for newsletters, case studies,brochures
and related marketing materials
● Prepare good quality video content with voice over,
graphics/animation
● Prepare English/Hindi/Vernacular training manuals for software
solutions
● Prepare detailed media activity reports.
● Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all
marketing materials.
● Create communication and marketing strategies for new
products, launches, webinars, and promotions.
● Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
● Coordinate with project managers or clients for collecting
information about various projects

Essential Requirements
● Bachelor’s/Master's degree in communications, journalism,
public relations or relevant field.
● Prior experience with social sector organizations
● Natural inclination towards startups, softwares and latest IT
solutions
● Hands on tools like experience on Canva/Adobe
Photoshop,Mailchimp etc
● Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
● Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
● Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Experience
● A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in NGOs, Social
Impact Consulting Firms CSR, Think Tanks, Research Organizations.
