Position: Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Specialist will be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns across all platforms and handle all existing and new digital assets of the organization
- Collaborating closely with the verticals to understand their work and better implement digital marketing efforts
- Managing and optimizing budgets for digital campaigns to achieve the best results
- Supporting portfolio companies with their digital marketing strategy and plans
- Maintain relationships with key digital partners; liaise with key agency vendors as well as distribution partners to execute digital campaigns
Social Media:
- Responsible for the brand voice across all social media channels
- Conceptualize monthly social media calendars and content pegs using a platform driven approach
- Produce and post-digital content and graphics on social media channels
- Participate and moderate online conversations pertaining to the brand, answer comments, concerns, and questions
- Conceptualizing and implementing social media strategy for programmes
- Managing paid promotions on social media as and when there is a requirement
- Managing partner driven requests for social media posting
Website:
- Manage and maintain the company website
- Manage the creation and development of new web pages
- Optimize the site for SEO
- Ensure the website is up to date with relevant information such as press releases, blogs, career opportunities, latest messaging, graphics etc. and is in line with brand guidelines
Core Competencies:
- Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in the start-up ecosystem and digital marketing or related field on client side or agencies
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A comprehensive understanding of the digital media ecosystem
- Up to date with knowledge of digital media and current local/global trends in media consumption
- Demonstrated command over content creation including synthesizing complex topics, and building compelling narratives
- Good command over visual language and neat/minimal aesthetics
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, technologies and methods
- Comfortable operating independently and efficiently to manage multiple programs and deadlines, without sacrificing attention to detail
- Comfortable in a flexible and fluid environment where initiative is encouraged, and collaborative consensus is required for success
