Key responsibilities for LI

• Oversee and manage the development of learning materials for senior leaders 
• Lead curriculum development, including topic curation and stakeholder engagement design 
• Manage and oversee senior stakeholder engagement
• Liaise with senior external speakers/facilitators (including senior executives of large corporations, renowned public figures) 
• Review and finalize materials developed by LI team 
• Responsible for overseeing overall program logistics and delivery

Key responsibilities for APnow 

• Oversee and plan for APnow session contents, with input from Regional Chair and lead MDP
• Work with content contributors/presenters to organize the APnow sessions
• Prepare communication for Regional Chair to be sent to APnow participants

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

• Expertise in designing learning programs and materials
• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and senior executives
• Strong written and oral communication skills (English competency required), good presence
• Excellent project management skills, highly organized, with strong detail orientation
• Able to multi-task and perform under tight timelines, with composure
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding and fragmented global and regional environment
• High customer service orientation and responsiveness
• Able to develop strong relationships at all levels and to build trust with senior managers and partners in BCG
• Team player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

• Bachelor degree, minimum 12 years of working experience
• Experience in consulting or learning and development
• Experience at BCG preferred
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including PowerPoint
