Requirements:
· A master’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy and related fields.
· Demonstrated experience in research and writing in public policy, development and economics.
· An ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and be a team player.
· Relevant work experience of 0-7 years.
· Exceptional written and spoken English.
· Proficient in MS Excel (intermediate)
· Knowledge of Data extraction and analysis using STATA
· Working knowledge of Visualization tools –Tableau or Power BI
· And finally, Passion for policy-making and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced research organization.
