What you’ll do:

  • Adobe’s ISM is accountable for revenue opportunities for the business unit working on inbound sales inquiries on phone calls and chat.
  • Handling incoming queries and build good client relationships and ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the accurate decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Run & maintain SLAs like AHT, login hours, attendance, daily call target, etc. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
  • Achieve weekly, Monthly & Quarterly targets for conversion rate and revenue.
  • Generate incremental revenue from the existing client by selling additional products and services.
  • Handles existing customer relationships & provides appropriate support. Provide excellent customer experience, which is the key to get repeat business.
  • Prepare and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their objectives.
  • Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and demonstrate the customers' business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate Adobe value proposition/sales solution strategy.
     

What you need to succeed:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience operating in a similar capacity, directly managing a portfolio of services, contract renewals via direct and indirect channels.
  • International sales experience/experience working with the North American customer in their time zone.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Strong organization, follow through and documentation skills suitable for client communication.
  • Task-oriented, with focus and drive to complete tasks at hand
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly and be proactive.
