Position: Research, Impact & Advocacy Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare effective and efficient communication strategic guidelines for Saath.
• Understand and conduct research papers and publishable material for Saath.
• To plan, conduct and publish reports,articles and blogs based on various interventions of the organization across sectors of health, education, employability and community development.
• Research & develop analytics for Innovation and program proposals.
• Co-ordinate with the stakeholders and various media platforms.
• Lead advocacy initiatives in collaboration with other stakeholders
• Should understand urban issues, urban management & planning.
Required Qualification
• Completion of Master’s degree preferably in Economics/ Urban Planning/ Urban Management /Architecture/ Social Work from reputed universities.
• Experience in working in a community-based organization or relevant Monitoring & Evaluation company.
Required Skills and Experience
• Min. 5 years of work experience.
• Must know MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of GIS.
• Strong research skills
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have a basic understanding of Gujarati and Hindi language.
• Promotes sharing of knowledge and experience, and actively works towards continued personal learning and development.
• Good practical knowledge of inter-disciplinary development issues.
• Builds strong relationships with all partner, focuses on impact and results and responds positively to critical feedback.
