Roles and responsibilities:

 Manage Math, Odia & English Language Interventions as per the activity plan for the school (remedial classes)

 Planning and executing lessons that demonstrate rigour and model the vision for the subject/ grade.

 Creating an ambitious vision and goals for students in the classroom.

 Creating proof points of excellence in the classroom via planning and execution of sessions in the schools for the required topics/subject.

 Continuously improving own practice through research, mentorship and self-created learning opportunities.

 Communicating with and investing key stakeholders like the HM, teachers and parents into the vision for students.

 Collecting holistic data to inform short term and long term plans.

 Dynamic person who is passionate towards working with schools and communities.

 The candidate should have a deep understanding of the pedagogy.

 Strong leadership skills with ability to lead a big team of teachers and managers.

 Prior experience of teaching or teacher training will be preferred. Skills Required:

 B.ed / CT from regular College.

 Minimum 2 years of experience as an educator.

 Track record of meeting professional expectations over 90% of the time (punctuality, deliverables, communication)

 Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to program management.

 Able to work effectively and efficiently without constant supervision and under stressful Timelines.

 Affinity and enthusiasm for working with children.

 Sound judgment and emotional maturity to handle different stakeholders.

 Demonstrated a strong vision of pedagogy, content and curriculum through planning and execution of lessons.

 Needs to have a calm mind-set to understand situation and tackle the situation without getting panicked.

 Candidate needs to be pro-active in dealing with various tasks with a positive mindset.

 Report writing skills and capturing and highlighting success stories.

 Conduct required sessions in schools and online till schools re-open.
