JOB SUMMARY

The person will be responsible for assisting the Chief of Party and its team at Central Management Unit located at Delhi. He/she will function as executive assistance to Chief of Party and maintain his/her travel schedules, meeting notes, documentation, meeting coordination etc.

The person will be responsible for managing office, arranging meetings, support in travel booking of the team as well as providing PR/procurement support to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

The person will report to Chief of Party.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure CMU project office management and provide all administrative support to Central Management Team
  • Engage and Coordinate with CARE India procurement and administrative office for necessary office requirement
  • Handle travel and procurement related requirement of Central Management Team and work with CARE India support office
  • Maintain data bank of vendors/consultants for effective procurement services
  • Coordinate and ensure travel requirement of all team members are met
  • Provide necessary secretarial support (setting meetings, meeting minutes, calls) to chief of Party
  • Organize and coordinate meetings on behalf of Chief of Party and ensure effective logistical support
  • Manage and update project related data/files system on one-drive/share point.
  • Any other responsibilities as provide by Chief of Party

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Graduation in any subject
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as office administrator or project assistant
  • Good MS office skills – power point presentation, data management

Preferred

  • Good office management and data management skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to network with people

Language skills:

able to read, write and speak in English and hindi language at an expert level

ability to type in Hindi language
