Duties and Responsibilities
The Research & Documentation Specialist will work under the direct supervision of the Head CSR. The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist HEAD CSR to build strong network with Govt. departments, Industry, Public Sector undertakings, funding agencies etc.
- Generate funding, co – funding for bringing scale and partnerships for all the three CSR focus areas
- Work closely with the HEAD CSR to strengthen monitoring and evaluation (M&E) vertical for strong internal controls.
- Develop M&E tools for effective monitoring in the field.
- Support project teams / NGO partners in addressing gaps found during M&E
- Develop M&E reports and share with Head CSR for course corrections.
- Assist in internal auditing of CSR projects.
- Participate and attend seminars, workshops, represent ACC in Committees for building networking. Perform any other duties assigned by HEAD CSR

Required Skills and Experience:
Education:
- The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Commerce, finance, or other relevant fields.
Experience:
- At least of 15 years relevant working experience working with Corporate Foundations / Corporate Trusts / International development organisations/ Consultancy groups /
- Working experience in New Delhi will be an asset;
- Candidate should possess excellent writing, editing, and speaking skills in both English and Hindi;
- Candidate should be well versed in the latest electronic publishing and graphics methods.
Language:
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi languages.
