Position: Program Manager 

Organization: Calcutta Foundation

We at Calcutta Foundation are looking to hire a Program Manager for our project Apni Kutir.

We have 4 centers that work with women and girls on education, training, skill and talent development, community building, health and hygiene.

The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the centers as well as the overall program development and management of the centers along with the project coordinators at each location.

The program manager will be expected to commute and visit these locations once a week, establish connections with the community and build networks and partnerships. Another key aspect of the role will include reporting and grant writing.  

We are looking for a person with prior management and field experience, and great communication skills. Since this project is focused on women, priority will be given to applicants that identify as women.
