Job Description

• To track and monitor digital consumer behaviour, interest and measure engagement
• To analyse and build reports on Digital analytics - views, shares, heat maps, action taken, assets viewed, downloaded.
• To derive and interpret data for business audience and leadership
• To analyse and predict user behaviour on the digital platform, plan and execute campaigns that align with predictive behaviour to maximize engagement.
• To connect the dots between the insights from platform analysis and business priorities.

• Ability to form clear understanding of the business and the sector including how communities in this sector engage with the business.
• Ability to analyse and interpret market behaviour in a growing sector will be an advantage.
