Position: Project Coordinator (PC) - Green Cover Management

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Designing and executing projects (such as Miyawaki forests, ecological restoration, ecoscapes, gardens, etc.)
o Creating work plans, timelines and budgets
o Ensuring alignment of projects with organizational and vertical goals
o Ensuring technical soundness of projects (e.g. species selection, layout, drainage etc.)
o Supervision of projects through site visits and check-ins
o Management and reporting of project expenses
o Vendor management
o Ensuring regular communication with all project stakeholders
o Project documentation
● Ensuring strong communication between project teams and management (Project Coordinator/ Program Manager) smooth implementation of various projects
● Maintaining communication with external stakeholders such as vendors, suppliers, government stakeholders, communities etc. for planning, execution and data collection of various projects.

● Conducting exploratory research to improve processes and diversify the project and service offerings of the green cover management vertical (includes research visits, design and execution of pilot projects, review of project outcomes, conducting impact assessments etc.)

Qualification and Skills:

● Bachelor degree in science (Botany/Horticulture/Environment Science Preferred)
● 1-3 years of work experience (Preferred in Environmental Conservation section)
● Passionate to work for environmental conservation projects.
● Good communication skills.
● Good knowledge of MS office.
