CANDIDATE:

• 2-3 years of full-time work experience with rural enterprises. Bachelor’s Degree/PG Diploma in enterprise management, business management, commerce, Rural Development, or any other closely related field.
• Prior experience working with SRLM, leading CSO, multilateral organisations is preferred but not mandatory. Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
• Must be willing to stay and travel in rural areas of UP
