Role :

Support youth to achieve the skills training, mentoring and employer activities outlined in their individual Personal Development Plans. Arrange job fair / placement drives / campus recruitment youth as well as market need. Carry out 24 hour training module (covering industry overview, mock interview, other soft skills training) as per mandated curriculum. Should have experience of handling placements in colleges and mobilising youth from colleges. Should Have handled bulk placements and should be efficient in handling big numbers.

CTC: 30,000 per month
