Position: Business Development Lead

A leading Healthcare focused Ed-Tech company is looking for an experienced leader for New Business Development to expand business by building partnerships with educational institutions across India. You will be required to build partnerships with business owners in the education space and pitch the business model to them. If selected, you will be playing a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 11 cities to 200 cities in the next 3 years.

Overview of the Role and Requirements:
- Proactive search for new educational partners who will be interested to open up a Virohan franchise campus
- Pitching the business model to them and opening new campuses across India as per Annual Operating Plan
- Due diligence of the right partner, location, and catchment area
- End-to-end negotiations for LOI & Agreement
- Build and lead a team to accomplish the above

The Successful Applicant:
- 1-5 years experience in B2B sales
- Fast, focused, and committed individuals with an ability to lead a team
- Strengths in building strong relations, Selling and having a strong bias for action
- Can work in an ambiguous, fast-moving work environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions. Should bring long term holistic planning with curiosity and creativity and promote an open culture in the team
