• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources/Personnel Management equivalent
• At least 1-2 of experience working in Non-IT recruitment
• passion and interest to work in the social impact/ development sector 
• Help with sourcing and screening of candidates through different portals 
• Candidate is comfortable traveling for Hiring purposes in different geographical locations 

Desired Candidate Profile
• Good communication in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
•  Good with advanced excel. 
• Excellent analytical skills with good time management
• Candidate should have their own Laptop
