CTC: INR 15 to 20 Lakhs (willing to be competitive, compensation not a barrier)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop strategic partnerships with government, non-profit, university, and corporate institutions
• Oversee program roll-out as part of college and high-school networks
• Develop and execute marketing plans to extend program reach
• Support communication (newsletters, press releases, social media content, etc.)
• Actively think about equity and inclusion—across gender, place, and socioeconomic disparities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in partnerships, sales, or business development
• Passionate about hands-on and interdisciplinary learning
• Exceptional written and verbal presentation and communication skills
• Manages project roles and responsibilities effectively, and meets deadlines consistently
• Enjoys learning from people of diverse backgrounds
