Key responsibilities
Targets - facilitate and achieve agreed upon individual and team targets for supporter acquisition with 90% field time.
Monitoring - responsible for daily monitoring and motivation of team members in the field; capture adequate data.
Reporting - Attend office meetings on a daily basis, documenting and reporting results to the Line Manager daily, keeping track of statistics and monitoring achievements of the team as a whole.
Form accountability - timely submission of all sign up forms, count of unused/wasted forms to the office coordinator on a daily basis; this includes active effort to minimize form wastage in the teams handled.
Training - Actively indulge in the training offered by the Organization.
Materials and assets- responsible for maintaining office assets and materials and handling of other materials /technological gadgets used by the team members.
Outreach- coordinate with the outreach officer in setting up stall/desk at the Outreach venue.
Secure location- Finding out potential F2F locations within the city.
Ensure confidentiality of information.
Ensure that all supporter information is properly entered in sign up and mandate sheets.
Suggest way forward and course corrections for decisions in meetings with the Line Manager.
Ensuring team members are well trained, informed and updated on work guidelines, principles, policies and campaigns and Rootbridge’s programme of work.
Ensure that all the team members are well equipped to present facts to the public.
Ensure that the presentation skills of the team are updated with inputs from fresh learning in coordination with the trainers.
Assess and assist in the on-going training and induction of new members.
Assist the Line Manager to organize team meetings and one on one sessions.
Mentor the team members for personality and professional development.

● Staff attrition and motivation SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Track record of delivering successful F2F programs in the field.
Practical understanding of F2F fundraising techniques.
Strong problem solving and coordination skills.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and to take a managerial role.
Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Cultural sensitivity – the ability to work effectively cross culturally and adapt communications style as needed to foster collaboration.
Versatile enough to represent different causes, as and when required
