PRO INDIA are very passionate about environment and truly believes that Plastic Waste can be converted into Wealth. Planet- Diverting plastics away from landfills and oceans to achieve > Profits as Plastics are always profitable especially in its second life to the > People - the waste pickers who are at bottom of pyramid , deserving a better life - health , safety, finance , education. At PRO India – its our mission to ‘bring plastics back’ into its second life ( example : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJ_hoZ4EIRk )and provide livelihood to the waste-pickers who are at the bottom of pyramid, yet provide the backbone of swatch bharat – keeping India clean ( it could be cleaner).We would be very happy to support any company in its ‘plastics bring back journey’ which is conscious of environment degradation and believes that " We don’t get this gift of ecology form our ancestors but borrow from our next generations. Its our duty to leave it better than we found!! "

You may have background of circular economy and have worked in compliance , risk & documentation space.

You would be exposed to high profile Corporate meetings where you are required to support Sustainability Projects in their supply chain function with your solutions to help the Corporate accomplish EPR & Circular Economy . Good Presentation & Communication skills would be of benefit to an outwardly person who has perseverance and resilience to keep positive outlook in constantly emerging & challenging scenario. 

Educational background in Environment would be preferred. However we are looking at the attitude than academia here. There is no hard qualifications criterion for this job - you need to have the POLISH to interact with the Top Management of the Companies that we would engage you with.You need to have strong communication & execution skills with diverse stakeholders like Brands / Partners / Corporates/ WM Companies etc 

Pro India is a startup on a bootstrap - so compensation would be small fixed costs and large variable that would be linked to the revenues generated and managed by you .
