Open Finance and Operations Roles at Arthan We are hiring for 2 positions in Delhi for Head of Finance and Operations for 2 different leading Not For Profits.

If you are someone with

1. Atleast 8-18 years of experience of leading Finance Operations in an NGO setting

2. MBA Finance or CA as educational qualification is essential

3. Extremely strong knowledge of compliances and regulations wrt FCRA, GST, Trust Accounting is mandatory to have.

4. Ability to manage teams, set up automation tools and systems to increase finance operational efficiency.

5. Location: Delhi

6. Budget: 15-25 LPA dependent upon prior work experience.
