Qualification(s) Required:
Masters in Social Work/Rural Development/Community Development OR Masters or MBA in any other relevant social science discipline.
Experience Required:
3-4 years of relevant experience.
Skills Needed:
Advance communication, coordination analytical, critical thinking, and team management skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
RELATED TO THE PROJECT:
• To give 8 hours to the welfare of children on daily basis six days in a week. But he will be 24 hours available on phone (for emergency cases)
• Ensure fulfillment of all project commitments within prescribed time with the help of ground-level team members, assistant project coordinator and other team members, as available.
• Facilitate creation of (project, as applicable) schedules of organization’s events.
• Creation of action plan for the next month and review of the previous month.
• Creation and submission of an action plan of her/his engagement to the director in the first week of every month.
• Maintain all finance-related details and record and ensure the quality of bills (including All the monthly bills like rent, electricity bills, phone bills, newspaper etc.)
Note: Regarding the bills please check date, signature of shopkeeper, total amount is correct or not and purchased material should clearly written and for what purpose purchased.
• Ensure proper and optimum utilization of the money issued for the project
• Ensure that all manuals and formats related to contact point should officially be received by the team:
o Consent letter for Ground team member(s)
o Monthly Reporting Format(s)
o Material list o Formal document explaining the job of respective team member(s)
RELATED TO CENTERS/CONTACT POINTS:
• Equal Time distribution for all working stations which are under him/her.
• The person should visit all the contact points at least once in a month for the evaluation of contact point.
• Do value addition in their work by giving them feedback in their files, other documents and on their methodology of teaching.
• Implementation of all education activities, recreational activities, meetings and documentation is overall at all centers/contact points.
• Ensure stock material should reach on time (from Head office to their regional offices to all further centers/contact points)
• Capacity building of all different team members who work at centers/contact points in different capacities.
• Ensure the quality of food, repairing, maintenance of all logistical etc.
• Quarterly check the safety mechanisms.
RELATED TO VARIOUS TEAMS:
• Coordination with immediate team members including – Assistant Project Coordinator, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Advocacy Officer, Communications & Research Officer, Education Officer and any other relevant team member.
• Coordination and close contact with all ground-level team members including – street educators, field officer(s), outreach officer(s), care-taker(s), and any other relevant team member.
• Coordination with interns and/or volunteers that may be assigned/recruited in the respective project.
• Timely disbursement of bills and salary of all team members.
• Maintenance of attendance and leaves of all team members. Keeping a record of the same.
RELATED TO DOCUMENTATION
• Timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports of the project
• Timely creation, analysis and submission of all relevant budget-related documents.
• Receiving and responding to all daily reports of all team members that report directly to the officer
