Position: Head - HR
Organization: Frontier Markets
Location: Jaipur
Key Accountabilities:
1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall
business strategy.
2. Managing the recruitment and selection process.
3. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics (e.g. turnover
rates and cost-per-hire)
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
motivation and preservation of human capital
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
organization
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance,
Succession planning and Exit Management.
7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
8. Design Training Programs & lead the Train the Trainer program
9. Organize learning and development programs.
10. Devise and implement an effective Induction and Orientation Program for new
employees.
11. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
12. Documenting HR policies and Procedures.
13. Ensure Statutory ( PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Attendance, Payment of minimum wages etc) &
legal compliance.
14. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll
systems and ATS)
15. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
16. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
17. Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
18. Nurture a positive working environment.
Experience:
1. Previous work experience with a social enterprise/ non-profit would be a plus
2. Must be comfortable communicating in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
3. 5+ years of experience in a large organization in HR Function.
4. Graduate in management specializing in Human Resources.
5. Degree in law, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations would be an added
advantage.
